Liz Fraser - What's She Really Like?

Many years ago when I was still at school I had a Saturday job in a department store in Fulham. I had the joyless experience of often having to 'serve' Liz Fraser. A most disagreeable individual if ever I met one. She would waft in with her basset hounds and it would be her and not they who did the barking. Barking orders to the staff and generally being 'the customer from hell'. If she's reading this (highly unlikely, she's probably somewhere charging 10 or 15 quid (or however much it was) for her autograph like she did at Vinmags in Soho,) and thinks my comments are libellous then she'd be wrong because if it's true then it's not libellous and this is 100% true. She still lives in Fulham, I see her occasionally walking her bassett hound (I assume it's a different one because when I used to see her in the shop it was about 23 years ago) and she always looks bloody miserable.

I worked with her donkey's years ago and she was a right old sourpuss back then. What you say doesn't surprise me. £10-£15 for an autograph! She's having a giraffe!

Perhaps the problems are with the pair of you. I use to walk Ms Fraser's dog for her when she was away on holiday or filming and she was never anything less than polite and generous with me - she paid very well. Often I would arrive to find a note saying there was a tortilla or little plate of shepherd's pie in the fridge for me. She was (is) very charming.

If I could get people to pay £15 for my signature you can be sure that's what I'd be charging. But as we're all friends here you can have one for a fiver.

I live in Fulham too and often see her near Putney Bridge Station with said dog. I might ask for her autograph next time just to see what the going rate is these days.

I am sure she was in the row behind us last night at Fulham vs Liverpool, in the Liverpool end for some strange reason, but dressed in red. It is well know that, unfortunately, Liverpool fans stand up at away games, and she was moaning at my mate to sit down. He would have been the only one who did, and then wouldn't have been able to see himself. She disappeared at half-time. If she had come back I was going to check it was her.

I'm sure that I saw Liz Fraser shopping in Putney High Street today - I looked at her, she noticed and smiled! Some years ago I saw her in Sainsbury's in Townmead Road, Fulham (I live in Parsons Green).

It probably was her - she lives somewhere near Hurlingham - so a quick jaunt across Putney Bridge and she's on the high street.

Yeah, that would have been the miserable old bag! She is known to all Hurlingham as a nasty witch... Horrible, Old, dried up and bitter! Very sad really as she has no friends... Who wants to be friends with a nasty piece of work... She's no Carry Girl, never was! The crown was, is and will always remain with the Beautiful Bubbly Babs! (Windsor) Still youthful and attractive... I know Babs well! Love you Babs!

Pooley: a comment is deemed libelous if it is considered 'damaging' regardless of whether it is true, or not. My advice is to have your comment removed; you have been lucky - so far!

She is a regular in my cafe along with her dog. She has her good days and her bad days... I think she has reached an age where it is difficult to remember what she has said and not said. At times she can be extremely rude and at times she's a delight...
